La cantante Rosario Flores será la encargada de dar el pistoletazo de salida a la Segunda Semana Grande de Laredo con un concierto, que será gratuito, el 25 de agosto. El concierto forma parte de la gira de Rosario “Universo de Ley” en la que presenta su último trabajo discográfico. Álbum que conmemora sus 33 años de trayectoria musical.
