  We stayed at the hotel next door and ate at Arrocería Risco, and the quality was spectacular. We had the Cantabrian paella and the Palenque tomato with anchovy emulsion, and as I said, it was pure luxury. Plus, the music was fantastic and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Service: 5/5

The appetizers, starters, and paella were all delicious, and the coffee, served in a little cow-shaped pitcher, was a lovely touch that brought a smile to your face and left a lasting impression. 100% recommended, I would definitely love to return.   10/10. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was spotless—our stay at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience and we will definitely return. There was absolutely nothing negative to say.

It's true the hotel has vintage decor, but what was important to us was that it was clean and comfortable (parking €4.50 per day). They also have a restaurant with unbeatable views.

A restaurant with rice dishes of the highest quality, you can taste the bomba grain from the Ebro Delta. I don't understand why a place like this only has 3 stars. Excellent
