23rd edition of the Villa de Laredo 10k popular race. April 18, 2026
The Laredo 10km race (the 23rd edition) is an out-and-back course that starts on Calle Marqués de Comillas, continues along major avenues of the town, makes a first loop to Calle República de Chile, and a second loop to Parque de los 3 Laredos. Runners must turn counter-clockwise and return to the finish line via Avenida de la República.

EUROPEAN BEER FESTIVAL 2026
Laredo will host another edition of the European Beer Festival in October, in the marquee located in the parking lot behind the courthouse. This year, ten bars and restaurants, each representing a different European country, will offer the typical cuisine of their respective regions and a variety of draft beers, including lagers, dark ales, and wheat beers.
XXXI NATIONAL TEACHER TRAINING TUNAS COMPETITION.Laredo hosted the XXX National Teacher Training Tuna Competition on October 23 and 24, 2025.
More than a hundred students from all over Spain will meet at the end of October in Laredo to participate in the thirty-first edition of the National Tuna Competition for Teachers.
